Obsidian White Noise Robusto

Hello Everybody, Today's review is Obsidian White Noise Robusto

Obsidian White Noise was forged from a blank slate, to provide a fresh, exciting, and captivating experience. Dressed in a gorgeous, golden-brown Ecuador Habano-wrapper, each White Noise is simply stunning to eye. But don't be fooled, because beneath this velvet glove awaits a bevy of hearty long-fillers from the Dominican and Nicaragua. Selected from nutrient-rich primings, this core pairs exceedingly well with the sultry wrapper. The end result is a highly polished Cuban-esque profile containing cedar, cream, pepper, nuts, and coffee all backed by a toasty, slightly sweet note of tobacco. Beautifully balanced, this medium to full-bodied blend is exceptionally tasty. And by the time the burn reaches your fingers, you'll be dosing off in vision of another. Prepare to be mesmerized by Obsidian White Noise.

Hand-Made

Origin : Dominican Republic

Wrapper : Ecuadorian Habano

Filler : Nicaraguan, Dominican

Binder : Dominican

Size: 5.5 x 54

Cost: $4.50-$5.00

Time to Smoke: 90 mins

Construction: Very firm in the hand. Seams are pretty tight; there are a lot of veins. The wrapper is a tawny brown color with a reddish hue. Possible a triple cap on the head of the cigar, but not confirmed.

Pre-Light: Draw is clean, smooth and has notes of cedar and cocoa.

1/3: Great smoke output with mild body of flavors. Bit of cocoa arrives, also a small amount of red pepper. Sweetness during the first inch of the cigar, the flavor profile is changing from a mild to a medium.

2/3: Cigar is a slow burner, due to the amount of tobacco packed. I get a heavy cream component, which changes into a sweetness. The cocoa really begins to move forward and show itself. With the recent review of the Obsidian Robusto I would say that the White Noise is has much more flavor.

3/3: Towards the end of second third and into the final third, getting the cedar flavor on the back of the tongue. Sweetness and earthiness are running the show with cocoa just behind. Now moving toward a full flavored cigar, and construction staying together.

This is a good cigar, I would say I like the Obsidian White Noise to the Obsidian.

Overall rating: 8/10
